Michael + Ashley

Sunapee NH is a little bit home and a little bit vacation for Michael and Ashley. Spending summers in Michael’s summer home held so many good memories that when they decided to get married it seemed like the obvious choice. Having both the lake nearby with its passing boats and swimmers as well as the towering mountains gives Mt. Sunapee a nostalgic summertime feeling. Getting ready in their cozy cottages surrounded by their bridal party and family Michael and Ashely had the feel of two people on vacation, no stress just a wafting feeling of excitement.

For the couple’s first look we met at the family house where Michael awaited Ashley. Surrounded by pristine water on the edge of a pier the two of them fell into each other, wrapped up in the beauty of the day and each other. From here on out it was a grand adventure of chair lifts, soaring mountain views, signature cocktails and colorful dancing!

Like a scene out of a fairy tale, Michael and Ashley stood together saying their vows. With breathtaking views below and friends and family surrounding them, there was tears and laughter. A celebration of what was to come and what has already passed!

Not wanting to miss the party Michael and Ashely opted to hang back for only a little bit to spend some quiet moments together on the mountain, with all the beauty and love of the day it was the perfect time and space to grab a few portraits of the couple in all the splendor of Mt. Sunapee

And then there was food and drink and so the wild rumpus began. Dancing, laughing, celebrating in a big swirl of celebration and love this wedding ended in a festive beautiful evening!
